Above and Beyond English Setter Rescue often is forced to place
dogs in boarding facilities to save their lives. We do this mostly for
English Setters on death row whose times are up. We always go for
the dogs most in need. Boarding takes a good amount of money
from our bank account that could be used for veterinary care and
often we have to turn dogs away that we would normally take in,
but at times funds are low. So we have created this link in hopes
that you will make a donation towards boarding for the dogs who
need it. The pleas we receive about dogs who need rescue can be
heartbreaking, especially when we cannot offer help. We are hoping
this will be a way to be able to say yes to more of them.

| We have a number of dogs with very expensive medical bills. Some have had their surgeries they needed but will need additional care. Disney, a little 1 1/2 year old sweetheart is in desperate need of hip surgery and we need to raise the funds for her. She is in constant pain and losing the ability to walk at all is a serious threat. Can you help her? Click the Disney's picture to read about these special dogs. |
To all A and B adopters. This rescue cares about our dogs from the day we
hear about them needing help until their last day on this earth. Because we
care, we expect every adopter to call us immediately to let us know that their
English Setter has escaped their clutches. We can and want to help. As an A
and B adopter it is your responsibility to make the phone call to someone on
the contacts page and to send us an e-mail, if you have a computer. In most
cases, with A and B's help, our English Setters have been back in their homes
within 30 minutes. When a dog is lost time is of the essence. Please make a
copy of the contacts page and tack it onto your fridge.
